Learn how patient and staff safety are dependent on fair and equitable consequences while eliminating “disciplinary actions.”

Jenene R. Washington
MD, MBA, FAAP, PCMH-CCE, PMP
Dr. Jenene R. Washington is the Founder and CEO of Renaye James Healthcare Advisors. She has had a career as a primary care physician, clinical leader, and Chief Medical Officer in Maryland federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). In her leadership roles, she has led successful practice transformation, quality improvement, accreditation support, program development, and change management initiatives. Dr. Washington holds certifications as a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (National Committee for Quality Assurance) and Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute).
Nancy McLean
MHSA, BSN, RN
Nancy McLean has over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare. She is a clinical quality and compliance expert and successfully leads practices to achieve regulatory compliance goals and improve patient safety outcomes. Her expertise has helped hospitals, ambulatory care centers, FQHCs, and long-term care organizations.
